Skippered charters can offer you the benefits of both bareboat and crewed charters. You are chartering the yacht as a bareboat with the addition of a captain to do all the hard work. Your level of experience will determine how much your skipper allows you to control the yacht. If you are beginners then full tuition is possible, but the more advanced will probably only require help in tight situations. This does not necessarily apply just to boat handling. Annie T is among the largest of bareboats available and the yacht's systems, although simple in layout, are quite sophisticated and require experience. Through the week, this is a fantastic way to improve both your sailing and boat handling, without returning a piece of wreckage. We also help in secret matters such as fishing and how to light a barbeque in a strong wind. You will be responsibile for feeding your skipper through the week but our local knowledge on places to shop, what to get/what is good/what keeps/what restaurants poison you/over charge etc you will find very useful.
Safety should never be compromised, and with a skipper aboard a less experienced crew will relax considerably more in the knowledge that help is never far away. Knowing what anchorages to use can really make the week.
